Given the nature of authentic handloom, hand-carved, and hand-beaten artifacts, minor organic variations in weave patterns, yarn texture, dye shades, or metal patina are natural hallmarks of human craftsmanship rather than industrial defects.
Orders are dispatched via licensed international couriers (DHL Express, FedEx, or registered national postal carriers). While we furnish all standard export customs documentation, the recipient country's customs authorities may assess import duties, VAT, or local brokerage fees, which remain the responsibility of the patron.
All online payments are securely processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateways (Stripe and Razorpay). We do not store sensitive credit card or banking details on our servers.
